Returns Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and handles must be unused and in their original packaging.
When we have received the handles and checked them we will credit your card (if you paid by card), for the cost of your goods. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs.
On orders exceeding £50.00 we do accept to pay the £4.50 delivery charges however, if the goods are returned we will refund less the delivery on the item.
If you want us to arrange the collection and use our carriers there will be a charge of £16.50 per parcel (this is non-negotiable as this is the amount we are charged by the carriers).
Please note: Returned handles should be posted back to us or sent back by carrier.
Returns Procedure
Please contact us to let us know you are returning any items. We will need to know your order reference, the name or code of the items you are returning and the date you ordered.

Cancellation(s)
You may cancel the contract between us for the goods you order free of any penalty up to three working days. Once items have been ordered on your behalf from our manufacturer’s a restocking fee of 20% of the net amount may be applicable.
